The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE), in partnership with the Pacific Community (SPC), successfully continued the Geospatial Mapping of Loss and Damage Sites in Samoa Project through community consultations in Manono and Apolima Islands. 
The consultations engaged local communities in identifying and validating climate Loss and Damage sites, ensuring that local knowledge contributes to stronger geospatial data, climate adaptation planning, and a more resilient Samoa.
