The Ministry, represented by the Disaster Management Office, ACEO Fesolai F Molly Nielsen, held a meeting with the Director General of the Pacific Community (SPC), Dr. Paula Vivili to discuss ongoing collaboration in disaster risk management and other priority areas.The meeting highlighted the importance of aligning national priorities with SPC’s regional strategies, thereby enhancing cooperation and resource-sharing across the Pacific.Furthermore, reaffirm Samoa’s commitment to strengthening resilience and preparedness in the face of increasing disaster risks and challenges.
