The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MNRE) welcomes the announcement by the Resilient Reefs Pasifika – Samoa Reef Resilience Hub of its first 16 community and stakeholder grant recipients supporting reef resilience across Samoa! 
The funded initiatives include 14 community-based organisations, the Samoa Voyaging Society 
, and the National University of Samoa 
, all working to strengthen coral reefs and connected coastal ecosystems through a holistic ridge-to-reef approach

The initiative is implemented in partnership with Conservation International Pacific Islands (serving as the Samoa Hub Lead)

, and a multi-stakeholder Steering Committee chaired by the CEO of the MAF
