Project Management Training
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in collaboration with Oloamanu Centre of Professional Development, conducted a 5days training on Project Management from the 8th – 12th November 2021.
The learning outcomes for the training were;
* What is Project Management?
* why do organizations need good project management?
* a five step process for managing projects
* challenges to successful project management
* building a career in project management
* essential project management skills
The trainer was – Aliimalemanu Bernadett Samau a Senior Marketing and Management Lecturer from the National University of Samoa. Participants were from MNRE Divisions – Corporate Service Division, Water Resources Division, Division of Environment & Conservation, Environment Sector Coordination Unit, Forestry Division, Technical & Spatial Information, Land Management Division, Renewable Energy Division, and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Coordination Division.
This training was held at – TATTE Ground Floor Conference Center.
