
The Ministry of Natural Resources & Environment through Climate Change and GEF Division invited the national stakeholders to attend the National Climate Change Policy Validation Workshop held at TATTE Convention Center last week Wednesday 2nd Sept with the purpose:
To set out Samoa’s plan of action and the interventions needed across all sectors, civil society, the private sector, and at the community level, to build resilience to the impacts of climate change. In line with the nation’s sustainable development objectives and to meet its regional and international obligations.
The CEO Ulu Bismarck Crawley had the privilege to provide full details in response to the questions during Q & A session with the stakeholders after the presentation conducted by Tuifaasisina Anne Rasmussen ACEO Climate Change and GEF Division. The Ministry acknowledges the participation of the national stakeholders for attending this National Climate Change Policy Validation Workshop.
