\"\ud83d\udd38\"<\/span> \"\ud83d\udd38\"<\/span>The day began at Fagalii Airport with the official launching of key Meteorology Services initiatives, including the MET Service AWS Aviation Station, followed by additional launches at the Meteorology Services Compound in Mulinuu under the ClimSA and GCF projects. These advancements mark an important step in strengthening Samoa\u2019s weather monitoring systems and climate resilience efforts.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83d\udd38\"<\/span> \"\ud83d\udd38\"<\/span>The celebrations continued with the Meteorology Services Exhibition Day, where students and members of the public explored historical meteorological artefacts, weather instruments, forecasting technologies, satellite systems, and interactive demonstrations showcasing Samoa\u2019s evolving climate and weather services.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\ud83d\udd38\"<\/span> \"\ud83d\udd38\"<\/span>The evening shifted focus to empowering the next generation through the Youth and Climate Action Program at the Robert Louis Stevenson School Museum, Vailima. Highlights of the program included the launch of the Tuutuu Laau Faamanuiti Environment Youth Engagement Framework and the National Adaptation Plan, reaffirming Samoa\u2019s commitment to strengthening youth participation and climate resilience efforts. The program also featured certificate presentations, youth reflections, and the unveiling of the Samoa Environment Youth Engagement Program Theme Song, reinforcing the vital role of young people in shaping Samoa\u2019s environmental future.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
