Government of Samoa is sharing a COVID-19 Update
PICTORIAL; On Friday 29 May 2020, a repatriation flight arranged by the Government of Samoa in collaboration with the Government of New Zealand and Air New Zealand arrived at the Faleolo International Airport bringing more than one-hundred Samoan nationals and residents from Auckland, New Zealand.
Disaster Advisory Committee – Response Agencies present at the Airport to facilitate the process for incoming passengers included the Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (MPMC), Ministry for Customs and Revenue (MCR), Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (MAF), Samoa Airport Authority (SAA), Ministry of Police (MOP), Samoa Fire and Emergency Authority (SFESA) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT); coordinated by the National Emergency Operation Centre (NEOC).
The next repatriation flight is scheduled for June 12, 2020.
